Some time ago, our member Dieter visited two Rotary Clubs in Germany – Stuttgart International and Berlin Gendarmenmarkt, presenting the very real future environmental disaster in Baltic Sea.
The Second World War wrecks lying on the seabed of Gdansk Bay, decying, still loaded with fuel, and what worse – with tonnes of ammunition, are the ticking time bombs, and huge ones. Dieter wants to raise awareness about the problem and looks for cooperation with companies and foundations to somehow prevent this catastrophe to happen.
