Finally we have frost, snow and more snow in the Tricity, yet our hearts stay warm and sensitive. We’re filled with joy seeing children enjoying sledging and snowball fights, but not all children are so lucky. Some are too sick and weak even to see the snowflakes falling.
Members of Rotary Club Sopot International organized purchase and delivery of UVC lamp, an ozone generator, a pulsoxymeter for newborn children and toddlers, and an oxygen concentrator for the Children Hospice “Bursztynowa Przystań” in Gdynia. https://www.facebook.com/hospicjumdzieciecegdynia
It was an unusual Christmas gift for the children, but we’re sure, in this case it was the right one.
We are happy to give special thanks to the manufacturer of ozone generator, Mr. Piotr Paruszewski of ECS https://www.facebook.com/ECS-PIOTR-Paruszewski-163283280548804/ , for donating the apparatus free of charge. Once he got to know that it will go to the children hospice, his decission was just instant.
