Why we started
Children from unprivileged families, who have alcoholic parents or in other difficult life situations, can come to this place to spend time after school in a homely atmosphere, to do their homework and eat sometimes their only warm meal of the day, to socialize and to have a break from their home situation. Sopocki Dom provides help to children and adolescents, counteracts social pathologies, cares, and educates.
How are we supporting them?
Our club has promised to spend 8 000 PLN on a computer, a new oven, and sports equipment. Their needs are much bigger than we could provide for them.
We have plans to support them continuously in many ways, not only with equipment.
