The primary purpose of Rotary International is to make it possible for members to have an organized way to contribute to positive developments in their communities, while enjoying the fellowship of other professional and business leaders. Our current activities for the year 2014-15 include projects which are both local and international.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE TUITION FOR CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE

Our chapter of Rotary International decided that the best way for us to help make the Tri – City of Gdansk, Gdynia, and Sopot in which we are located a better place was to organize and fund a programme of English instruction for underprivileged children who would otherwise not have access to such an opportunity. The Club sponsors English language tuition for children in foster care.

SUPPORT TO SCHOOL NR 1, SOPOT

We provide annual support to School Nr 1 in Sopot so that those children who are less fortunate are able to partake in all school activities and realise their full potential. Our support ensures that these children are adequately fed, have warm clothes for the Winter and are able to partake in extra-curricular activities.
